Madsar completed his first degree in chemical engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology Lahore, Pakistan in 2011. Following this, he completed a masters in industrial process optimization at the University of Engineering and Technology Lahore, Pakistan in 2015. There, he remained undertaking research as part of the perovskite stability research group. Currently, he is a post graduate researcher at Queen Mary University of London, UK. His area of research is in efficient use of solar energy into electrical energy, particularly in next generation perovskite-based photovoltaics. This material revolutionised the field of electronics inventions by achieving record efficiency in a short span of time but still intensive research is being carried out to enhance its stability and scalability.
